The shipping cost is only an estimate, and the final shipping will be billed when the piece is mailed. 2 Griffins will send you a verification E-mail when shipping occurs with your final invoice. All our vendors will only be charged EXACT shipping costs, and no handling fees.We ship all large items via UPS, and offer UPS and USPS for all smaller items. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped within 2 business days. All furniture will be shipped via freight, and all freight arrangements must be made by the vendor.Any order placed for an item that is yet to be built will be created on a first come/first serve basis. We currently have a wait period of roughly 3-4 weeks before your item will be complete and shipped due to high volume.We are doing our best to complete current orders. If your item is needed as a gift for a specific date, you may expedite your order for $20.00, and we will ensure the item is received by the requested date (If we are unable to complete your order for the given date, we will contact you - please provide proper contact information). Expedited production will not be offered during holiday seasons (including late spring for graduation gifts), so be sure to order ahead of time to receive your holiday gifts.
